What to expect at St. Barnabas on Sunday mornings:

Sunday services use the Anglican liturgy of the 1928 Book of Common Prayer.

9:00 a.m. Holy Communion

At this service, you will hear the organ at several points throughout the service, and hymns are corporately sung by the congregation. There is no choir or sung parts in the service and no incense used. Nursery services are offered for families with children 5 and under.

11:00 a.m. Holy Communion

This service is our fullest liturgy, with choir, organ, hymns, and incense is used. Many parts of the service are sung and the congregation and choir sing hymns and service music. This service also offers nursery services.

Christian Education for adults and youth is offered at 10:15 a.m. between services. Also Sunday School education classes are offered as an option at both services on Sundays for children ages 6-17. Children attending are dismissed before the sermon and escorted by teachers to classrooms. Education classes usually break in summer, Christmastide, and at Easter.
